Job Description:
Marriott is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Front Office Associates to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and seamless check-in/check-out experience. This role is perfect for freshers or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle room assignments, reservations, and upgrades as per availability.
- Address guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments using the hotel management system.
- Process guest payments and maintain cashier reports.
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas are neat and organized.
- Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Follow all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
