Data Analyst

Job Description:

Wipro is seeking skilled Data Analysts with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our analytics team in Bengaluru. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex datasets, enabling data-driven decision-making across business units.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
• Support business decision-making with actionable data insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Automate routine data tasks and build data pipelines when needed.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of statistical techniques and predictive modeling is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar data analysis or business intelligence role.
