Job Description:

Marriott is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Front Office Associates to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and seamless check-in/check-out experience. This role is perfect for freshers or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle room assignments, reservations, and upgrades as per availability.
  • Address guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments using the hotel management system.
  • Process guest payments and maintain cashier reports.
  • Ensure lobby and front desk areas are neat and organized.
  • Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Follow all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a front office or hospitality role is an advantage but not mandatory.
